Maturity
  • 1 to 1.5% higher harvest moisture than M2101 or A3035 at 14%.
  • Kernel size 60-63 kernels/10 gms. orange/yellow kernel color.
  • Uniform kernel size reduces clean out and is excellent for microwave popping.
  • 41-43 MWVT is typical.
  • Excellent stalk strength and unparalleled root strength.
  • Disease resistance at maturity. The husks open up, which helps with drydown as well as helps to prevent the development of Diplodia and other ear molds.
  • Resistant to Gray Leaf Spot and Anthracnose.
