Yellow butterfly flake hybrids are the conventional popcorn flakes. Schlessman’s yellow butterfly flake hybirds have great taste and expansion. Mushroom, or Ball flake hybrids are specially bred for the popcorn coating entrepreneur. Schlessman’s Mushroom Popcorn Hybrids have a very high percentage of ball over butterfly flakes, over 85% on many! This allows for very little waste, and great coating surface area.
